The "Ahti" Room name is from Finnish mythology and is the name of the Finnish god of the ocean, rivers and fishing.
The "Ahti" Room: This beach level, corner room offers expansive ocean views. The king-sized feather bed is fluffed to perfection. Beautiful seashell prints are reflected in the natural color bamboo and wicker furnishings and the sand and sea grass just outside your door. A mere twenty feet separate you from the beach. Through your private exit, cross the deck to the two steps that put you immediately on the beach path. Or, curl up in one of the easy chairs and enjoy the coastal panorama unfolding at you door.
Summer: $215.00 per night
Winter: $200.00 per night

Check-In time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 7:00 PM on your first nights stay with us.
Checkout time is at 11:00AM.
Summer Season Weekend, Special Events and Holidays require a two night minimum stay. (Winter Season Regular Weekend Exceptions)
Room Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Single Occupancy discounts are available.
Summer Rates are from May 1 through September
Winter Rates are from Oct. 1 through April
Cancellations: Cancellation of reservations within 30 days will be charged for one night stay unless we can re-rent your room(s)

Sea Spirit House is an adults only facility. No persons under 16 years of age are permitted.
Damages or missing items may become the responsibility of the guest(s) upon check-out.
Please leave your pet friends at home, as we do not allow pets.
Sea Spirit House does allow service animals according to the ADA guidelines. We only ask that your service animal's behavior is appropriate for our location. Our tradition is that you remove your shoes while inside Sea Spirit House.
