Sea Spirit House features four spacious bedrooms with individual sliding glass doors to the ocean side decks and stairs and private access to the beach.  Every room has their own bathroom with double lavatories, large walk in tile showers and our very special deep Jacuzzi whirlpool baths large enough for two. Sea Spirit House offers clean lines, bright open space, vaulted ceilings, simple elegance and the best amenities for your comfort and care while enjoying the unique scenery of the Oregon Coast.

Sea Spirit House presents only the best and freshest breakfast for your morning meal. We present one of our specials every day in our Ocean View Dinning Room.  Our signature breakfast includes eggs benedict, crepes, waffles or our wonderful quiche.  Breakfast is accompanied with fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea.

Policies

• Rates do not include local Lodging Tax of 10%
• We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.  (No Personal Checks accepted)
• Check-In time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  
• Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 7:00 PM on your first nights stay with us.
• Checkout time is at 11:00AM.
• Summer Season Weekend, Special Events and Holidays require a two night minimum stay. (Winter Season Regular Weekend Exceptions) 
• Room Rates are based on Double Occupancy.  Single Occupancy discounts are available.
• Summer Rates are from May 1 through September
• Winter Rates are from Oct. 1 through April
• Cancellations:  Cancellation of reservations within 30 days will be charged for one night stay unless we can re-rent your room(s)
• Please, No smoking on the premises (OK on the beach)
• Sea Spirit House is an adults only facility.  No persons under 16 years of age are permitted.
• Damages or missing items may become the responsibility of the guest(s) upon check-out.
• Please leave your pet friends at home, as we do not allow pets.
• Sea Spirit House does allow service animals according to the ADA guidelines. We only ask that your service animal's behavior is appropriate for our location.
  
  Our tradition is that you remove your shoes while inside Sea Spirit House.
